Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Channel the Flannel

If RFYHA Cancels the Tournament: If RFYHA cancels a tournament, teams will be notified at least one week prior to the start date of the tournament unless special circumstances arise. All teams will receive a full refund of fees paid when RFYHA cancels a tournament. Teams: Teams needing to cancel their appearance at the tournament must do so 30-days before the first puck drops to receive a full refund minus any online processing fees. Any team that pulls out 1-29 days before the tournament will not be refunded.

12U Girls Ponytail Classic

Youth and Girls Hockey

Any skater who registers for the season and is placed on a team after tryouts are complete with RFYHA, they are not eligible for a refund if they choose to skate on another team thereafter.
