Constitution
The RFYHA Constitution are the Articles of Incorporation, enabling us to operate as 501c3 nonprofit organization. This document gives us the structure and framework within which to operate. Any changes to the Constitution are voted on by the membership.
Policy Handbook
Our policy handbook previously known as the bylaws prior to 1998, contain the policies as voted on by the board of directors giving us the policies and procedures by which we operate our programming.
